CM Emphasizes to Speed Up Work on Bund Road Project

Lahore: Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi emphasized speeding up work on the Controlled Access Corridor Bund Road Project to complete it timely. The CM also inspected the project’s various locations.

During the inspection, the CM Naqvi closely monitored the work progress and noted that 55% work is completed on Babu Sabu to Sagian (package 1) and 74% work is completed on Sagian to Niazi Chowk (package 2). Moreover, he highlighted the need to accelerate work on both Package 1 and Package 2.

Particularly, the CM directed the deployment of additional labor for the speedy completion of the project. He demanded to complete package 1 and package 2 by the first week of February highlighting the need for opening the corridor for traffic.
