CDA gives green signal to 36-storey highest residential building

The Capital Development Authority has approved five projects for the construction of the 36-storey highest residential building in Pakistan. The first of its kind building was approved in a meeting of the Design Weting Committee of the Capital Development Authority under the chairmanship of Member Planning and it will be constructed in the F-10 Markaz of Islamabad. The meeting also approved multi-stories development projects covering an area of 1.5 million square feet to enhance the beauty of federal Capital and include it in developed cities. Construction of 14 storied building in G-11-3, 5 storied building in F-7, 5 storied building on IJP road, 36-storey residential building, and 5 storied buildings both in F-10.
