FGEHA’s Two-Day Auction Starts Today for Properties in G-13, G-14 Islamabad

Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) started hosting a two-day auction in G-13 and G-14 Islamabad, which will last until December 28. The auction features 19 prime commercial properties in the sectors.

Besides commercial plots, the FGEHA also approved the petrol filling station in the Mauve areas in G-13. The primary purpose of adding the petrol filling station is to generate additional income for the authority. The Auction is happening in Aura Grande, E-11, today.

The authority has recently revealed its plans to launch new housing projects in eight major cities, including Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad. These projects will benefit both the general public and government employees. According to the reports, companies and landowners interested in participating in these housing projects have submitted applications to the FGEHA.
