CDA Adopts Digitalization to Optimize Service Streamlining.

Islamabad: CDA is set to take another big step in providing excellent services to the residents of Islamabad. Capital Development Authority – CDA is launching e-filing system and digitalization for optimized services.

The civic body collaborates with private tech companies to deal with smooth transaction services. In the early stages, the property records of D-12 will be digitized. Later on, every transaction and service, from auctions of plots to approvals of building plans, will be digitalized under the system. It will also accompany the electronic certificate issuance.

Furthermore, the civic body will likely introduce many online services, including online property tax payments, issuance of birth certificates, charges of plots, etc. Work on the relevant application is under the process.

The capital development authority will also launch an employee portal for the smooth performance of work. Moreover, the online parking system is also in the pipeline of CDA. With digitization, the authority aims to operate effectively, smoothly, and accessible with the best services for everyone.
