Sales Tax Returns Filing: FBR Reconstitutes Single Portal Committee
The FBR has reformed the Single Portal Committee to help taxpayers file sales tax returns through one system. Members from the FBR and all four provincial revenue authorities are included. The committee will plan the software, rules, and technical needs for the single online portal. It will also make recommendations on data security, return formats, and deadlines. The goal is to make tax filing easier and consistent across Pakistan.
