KP Revises Property Valuation Rates
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has changed valuation rates of residential and commercial buildings in Peshawar and other towns in this province. In developed areas such as Hayatabad, Zaryab Colony, Faqirabad, University Road, Cantonment, Ring Road, and GT Road, considerable changes have been observed, whereas in less-developed ones, small changes have been experienced. Stamp duty, registration and other property related taxes will be calculated on the new rates.
