KP Filed a Case in the Supreme Court against the Federal Property Transfer Tax
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s government has resolved to appeal the federal tax on property transfers to the Supreme Court because it is only the provinces that can impose a tax on property transfers in accordance with the constitution. The federal move, which CM Ali Amin Gandapur leads, was said by the cabinet to overstep authority and damage the property market.
