TDAP Introduces Khadijah Programme to Empower Women Entrepreneurs in Trade
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has started the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Program in Sialkot to ensure that more women join trade. The show is hosted by the Women Entrepreneur Division of TDAP, along with the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Sialkot Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Training is being offered in such areas as e-commerce, customs, digital marketing, access to finance, and sustainable trade practices. International marketing, financial literacy, and the use of the PSW digital platform were also instructed by experts. Certificates and one week of free access to PSW were given to the participants to simulate the real trade.
The aim of TDAP is to assist businesses that are owned by women in achieving international standards, expanding into new markets, and diversifying exports in Pakistan.
