UAE President Plans One-Day Visit to Islamabad Today

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, has planned a visit to Islamabad on the 30th of January. His arrival will mark an honorable reception with JF-17 Jets having been prepared to fly him to PAF Noor Khan Air Base where he will receive a 21-gun salute. 

After being greeted by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and members of the federal cabinet, President Nahyan will be presented with a guard of honor by Pakistan’s armed forces at the Prime Minister’s house. 

The UAE premier will proceed to have a private meeting with the PM Shahbaz. Sources disclose their meeting will focus on cooperative avenues within the domain of the economy, trade, and development. 

Considering the global circumstances of economic downturn, this occasion does seem a viable and promising encounter between two nations to strengthen their bilateral ties.
