Local housing societies: Master plan of federal capital sought from cabinet
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) sought the status of the master plan of the federal capital from the cabinet for the local housing societies.
The court observed that the Capital Development Authority was given authorization for the acquisition of land, and it could acquire land only under the master plan of the federal capital.
